Call Center Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Chandler, AZ! Pay rate: $21/hr Shift availability: Mon – Sun, must have open availability (Training Mon – Fri 9a -530p ET) Job Responsibilities Provide clients and/or internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries at point of call Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and potential clients Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, fully adhering to policy / procedures and proactively identifying and escalating potential risk Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy / procedures, gain clarity on various products / services and research, and resolve issues with client accounts Display passion, commitment and deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives Education/Certification Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements 2+ years of call center/contract center experience Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient with de-escalating situations Excellent analytical skills Intermediate MS Office Suite skills Strong communication skills Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
