You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations by providing and servicing State Farm products. You will be provided with adequate prospects to call on daily for Auto, Home and Life Insurance for both new and current customers. Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Eager to make outbound phone calls to pursue new business. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Trussville. Our office is open 8:30-5:30. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor.
