Manage a pipeline in our agency's account management system, following up with all prospects accordingly. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, ensuring accurate underwriting of new and existing policies. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Requirements Must have or be able to obtain Alabama P&C and L&H insurance licenses.
