Our State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional customer service while learning more about the insurance industry. You'll assist existing customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims follow-up, and day-to-day account servicing. As you grow in the role, you'll also have opportunities to support simple sales conversations and may transition into a full-time sales-focused position within 6-12 months if that aligns with your career goals. Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing policyholders
• Process vehicle additions, replacements, and other auto policy changes
• Follow up with customers regarding claims and provide status updates
• Answer billing questions and assist with payment-related concerns
• Manage daily agency reports and complete assigned follow-up tasks
• Schedule appointments for licensed team members
• Make outbound calls regarding premium increases, decreases, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
