Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
- Experience with EPIC EMR required
- Cerner experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze data pertinent to patient health and situation to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans while promoting a safe environment and evaluating the progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide care in a humane and caring environment.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Compliance / Notes:
- All associates are required to receive all vaccinations as a condition of employment.
- No specific color for scrubs.
