About the Role
The Company is in search of a Resource Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in healthcare marketing and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business development activities, training sales leaders, and providing primary support for departmental vacancies within assigned hospitals. This role requires a hands-on approach, including onsite support and frequent travel. The Resource CMO will also be involved in strategic planning, driving sales activities, and supervising team members to ensure compliance with state and CMS regulations. When on assignment, the CMO will act as the hospital's business development department leader, focusing on maintaining referrals and admissions, and will be expected to meet and exceed established goals. Applicants for the Resource CMO position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A current, valid, and active license in a relevant healthcare profession is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and leadership within a healthcare environment, a strong background in client services and relationship management, and supervisory experience. The role demands a results-focused individual with the ability to manage a team, compute statistics, analyze trends, and develop marketing plans. The candidate should be a creative problem-solver, with the ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks, is essential.
