Serving as an extension of an advisor’s practice, GIO provides the tools, research, and intellectual capital to help advisors deepen client engagement, enhance investment performance, scale their businesses, and drive growth across all client segments.We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader to lead Platform Growth & Distribution for the Investing with Impact team. This individual will lead scalable commercialization across the platform by coordinating advisor engagement, marketing and communications alignment, training and educational initiatives, business development execution, and centralized field engagement.Position SummaryThis role requires a strong commercial and strategic thinker who can connect long-term platform priorities with execution, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and help scale Investing with Impact adoption across advisor teams and distribution channels.The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where new commercialization, education, and field engagement approaches are continuously being developed.A passion for sustainability, impact investing, and purpose-driven work is essential, as this role will help support and scale initiatives aligned with the team's mission and long-term vision.This individual will also coordinate integration of the Impact Alternatives Growth Strategy function to ensure consistent commercialization execution across the broader platform.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead strategy for our patented Impact Reporting toolIdentify growth opportunities across the platform and support prioritization of strategic initiativesBuild strategic project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across multiple workstreamsImprove internal processes for scalability, consistency, and operational effectivenessLead strategy for engaging key Financial Advisor teams and distribution partners on Investing with ImpactDevelop executive-level presentations, strategic materials, and communications for leadership and field audiencesTranslate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and messagingLead event planning for road shows and the annual in-person gathering for Impact DirectorsManage a small teamFoster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented team cultureQualifications5-7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, strategy, sustainability, distribution, or related fields preferredDemonstrated passion for sustainability, impact investing, and purpose-driven workProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiativesExperience building and scaling strategic programs, commercialization models, engagement models, or operational processesExperience managing and developing teamsComfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environmentsSIE, Series 7/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hireSkills DesiredStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong project management and organizational abilitiesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across teamsExcellent executive communication and PowerPoint/presentation development skillsAbility to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholdersStrong commercialization, advisor engagement, and distribution strategy capabilitiesWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
