If you enjoy troubleshooting, rebuilding equipment, and working with complex mechanical systems, this is the role for you.Why You'll Want This Job· Competitive hourly pay with off-shift premium · Sign-on bonus for qualified external candidates · Stable, long-term role in an aerospace industrial environment · Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays · Hands-on mechanical work with large-scale industrial equipment · Team-oriented environment with opportunities to apply a wide range of skills · Work that directly supports efficient and safe productionWhat You'll Do• Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions · Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability • Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures • Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment • Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment • Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components • Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures • Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all timesWhat You Bring• High school diploma or GED • 3–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics • Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings • Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills • Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel • Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused approach to work Compensation: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
