The Senior Attorney will provide high-level legal representation and counsel across the firm’s core practice areas, with a focus on complex litigation and advisory matters. This full-time hybrid role is based in Needham Heights, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, and appearing in court and administrative proceedings as needed. The Senior Attorney will advise clients on legal strategies, negotiate settlements and agreements, and collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure thorough case preparation and effective representation. The role also includes mentoring junior attorneys, contributing to business development initiatives, and upholding the firm’s standards of ethics, professionalism, and client service. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with demonstrated experience in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas (e.g., personal injury, civil litigation, business litigation, or related fields). Specialized expertise in Labor and Employment Law or related regulatory frameworks, with the ability to counsel clients on workplace and compliance issues. Proven ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice, including client counseling, risk assessment, and strategic case planning. Advanced Research skills, including statutory and case law analysis, drafting legal memoranda, and staying current on relevant legal developments. Excellent Negotiation skills for settlement discussions, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Massachusetts, in good standing. Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, including significant litigation or complex advisory work. Strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Demonstrated commitment to client service, professional integrity, and collaborative teamwork in a law firm setting.
