A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, private equity funds, REITs, landlords, tenants, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Compensation

$190,000 – $350,000+

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience representing developers, institutional investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, private equity sponsors, and REITs

• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, financing transactions, and joint ventures

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, development agreements, operating agreements, and joint venture agreements

• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, environmental reports, and other real estate due diligence materials

• Experience with commercial real estate finance, construction, and development transactions is preferred

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
