Now Hiring: Director of Business Development
Are you a people person with a passion for building connections and helping others? Our nursing home is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our facility and attract new residents.
- Build relationships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources to increase visibility.
- Guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process with compassion and professionalism.
- Coordinate tours and provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
- Collaborate with our team to maintain accurate census records and meet occupancy goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families, residents, and referral sources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
