Location: Nashville, TN 37204 Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Wednesday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Are you a go-getter who can think on your feet and keep things moving? Our client, a growing retail and ecommerce company, is seeking a Part-Time Shipping Assistant to support pick/packing, inventory control, and fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making an impact every day. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Prepare products for shipment according to company standards Create and apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for dispatch Maintain organized inventory and accurate stock levels Conduct inventory counts and support inventory control processes Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise What We're Looking For Experience with inventory control and stock management Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and initiative Retail, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or ecommerce experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's In It For You?
