Base Salary: $55,000–$56,000
Year 1 OTE: $75,000–$85,000+
Year 2 OTE: $100,000+ Potential
Commission: Uncapped Residual Commission

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a driven Account Executive for a fast-paced B2B sales role focused on developing new business within the SMB market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competitive, coachable sales professional looking for strong training, uncapped earning potential, and a long-term career path .
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Prospect and generate new business within the SMB market.
• Cold call and consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Sell consultatively to business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
• Present solutions designed to improve shipping and operational efficiency.
• Meet activity, pipeline, and deal flow goals in a structured sales environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and cold calling daily.
• Coachable, motivated, and interested in long-term career growth.
• Comfortable working fully onsite Monday–Friday .
• College degree preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $55,000–$56,000 base salary.
• $75,000–$85,000+ Year 1 OTE.
• $100,000+ Year 2 earning potential.
