Commercial Construction Foreman

Location: Sidney, OH

Shift: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Express Employment is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Sidney, Ohio area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Supervise and lead commercial construction crews on active job sites.
• Coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to resolve field issues.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Foreman.
• Proven experience supervising and motivating construction crews.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency using a tape measure and performing accurate field measurements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience working on prevailing wage construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical construction activities throughout the workday.
• Ability to travel daily to commercial job sites within a 60-70 mile radius of Sidney, Ohio.
• Ability to safely navigate active construction sites and job-related hazards.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
