Our agency is newly opened in 2026 and currently has a growing team of four. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a unique background that also includes time in professional sports, having worked with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. That experience helped shape a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and team-first mentality that carries into our office today. I’m a graduate of Marquette University and live in the NW suburbs of Chicago with my family and three children. Family is incredibly important to me, and that value is reflected in how I lead and support our team. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Ferrazza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
