What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy in Pediatric ICU, NICU, or Peds units, adapting to your home unit assignment
• Float between PICU, NICU, and Peds as required, including potential coverage at IU Health North Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective respiratory care to critically ill children
• Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards
• Support clinical staff during complex neuro and respiratory diagnostics procedures
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications as required

What You Need

Required:

• Indiana State License (or application in process)
• 2+ years PICU experience within the last 3 years
• ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP certifications (NRP required for L&D placements)
• Pediatric critical care experience in a children's hospital setting
• Ability to work every other weekend, night shift

Preferred:

• PALS certification
• Experience with neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy in pediatric units
• L&D experience (for applicable cases)
