Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Hours/Week: 48

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licenses/Certifications: NBRC (RRT), Indiana license required, ACLS, BCLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years, with at least 18 months recent ICU experience

What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy and neuro-diagnostics in a busy ICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of respiratory and neurological assessments
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices
• Support patient care during high-acuity situations during night shifts
• Maintain all required documentation and compliance standards

What You Need Required:

• NBRC (RRT) certification
• Indiana state license
• 18+ months recent ICU experience
• Certifications in ACLS and BCLS
• Ability to work every other weekend as required
• Willingness to float between specified facilities

Preferred:

• Experience in neuro diagnostics or specialized ICU units
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
