Responsibilities Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift. Maintain compliance with all policy and procedures. Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store appearance, standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage. Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Process orders accurately on phone or in person. Make correct monetary change and use a phone or computer to enter orders. Use manual dexterity, motor coordination, and vision to perform tasks efficiently. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and eye-hand coordination as described in the original posting. Qualifications Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Ability to make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills.
