Child Care

Hours: 10-15 hours as needed for special events. Wednesday Morning's (2nd and 4th week each month) & some evening events. This position reports to: Children's Ministry Pastor Key Responsibilities A Heart to Serve Provide age appropriate childcare during approved Seacoast events Carry out program responsibilities which may include, but not limited to: feeding, changing diapers, escorts to bathrooms, overseeing nap time, allowing free play, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts, and play Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care Act as a positive role model and treating each child with dignity and respect Job Essentials Christ Follower (As a religious organization Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs) Must be available to work flexible schedule, including some weekday and weeknight shifts, weekend shifts, and/or holiday shifts A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality At least one year of childcare experience preferred Live and drive Seacoast cultural values to Love God.
