Look no further and become part of our Culinary TEAM, where WORK=FUN What You Will Be Doing Thoroughly clean all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles, and other restaurant equipment. Sanitize food service and preparation ware to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all storage areas, including the main freezer and cooler. Clean, transport, and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operation. Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring that all materials are thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. Maintain knowledge of the MSDS book for safe handling of chemicals and materials. Ensure that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis to maintain a clean environment. Wipe down tables, chairs, and walls to ensure a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, following all safety guidelines and organizational policies. Assist in any other duties in the kitchen under the supervision of the Chef. All other duties as assigned. The Ideal Candidate For This Position High School Diploma preferred. Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members is important. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
