Regional Sales Executive

Sales Representative
Partners Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This position is responsible for developing new business and promoting Partners Pharmacy services to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care communities, and Assisted Living communities within an assigned territory.
The ideal candidate has experience selling products or services within the skilled nursing or long-term care industry and is comfortable developing relationships with facility owners, administrators, regional leaders, and Directors of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Partners Pharmacy services to Long-Term Care and Assisted Living communities within an assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, sales calls, networking, and written communication.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Present Partners Pharmacy services to senior healthcare executives and facility leadership.
- Conduct in-person and telephone-based cold calling.
- Generate daily and weekly activity reports.
- Provide regular updates to Sales & Marketing leadership.
- Attend and participate in industry trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; candidates with an MBA may be considered without prior healthcare experience.
- Experience selling products and/or services to Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
- Knowledge of the Long-Term Care pharmacy market and operations strongly preferred.
- Experience interacting with facility owners, regional managers, administrators, and Directors of Nursing.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business.
- Ability to meet established sales goals.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
