Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized intervention plans that consider students' unique strengths and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individual students, as well as facilitate group therapy sessions targeted at developing coping skills and resilience.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to education and mental health support, promoting an integrated care model.

• Advocate for students' rights, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support systems.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes rigorously using electronic health records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related problems. Your work will focus on empowering students and providing them with the necessary tools to navigate their mental health journeys while addressing the specific cultural and social contexts of their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
