Personal Banker - MLK & Central Park

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO at the MLK and Central Park branch. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, and proactive sales skills. Banking product knowledge, digital awareness, effective communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with prospecting, retail lending, and selling. Understanding of customer needs and ability to leverage technology. 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Associate’s degree or equivalent, with related product knowledge preferred. Background check required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Compensation Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary by location, market data, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible.
