In this direct-hire role, you won't just be "checking boxes"—you will be a vital gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every component meets the rigorous standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and maintain PC-DMIS programs for complex plastic components. (will consider Zeiss Calypso experience)

• Perform high-level inspections including First Article Inspections (FAI).

• Interpret complex blueprints and ensure compliance with strict GD&T specifications.

• Utilize knowledge of AS9102 standards to document and validate quality processes.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in CMM Programming.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of PC-DMIS software is required.

• Expertise: strong proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with AS9102 reporting and First Article Inspection protocols.

• Precision: A "quality-first" mindset with an eye for minute details in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article inspections on new and existing products 

• Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM 

• Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection  programs using PC-DMIS 

• Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data 

• Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs 

• Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports 

• Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve  inspection results
