Run BiOS sells a technical product to a technical audience: serverless inference on open models and fine-tuning customers own. As Head of Marketing Operations you build and run the engine behind that story — the systems, the measurement, and the launch operations that turn a strong product into a growing developer base. What you'll do: Own the marketing technology stack and the data flowing through it: analytics, attribution, CRM, and lifecycle email tooling. Run launch operations for product releases, new models, and pricing changes — measured, not just shipped. Build the reporting cadence the company runs on: pipeline, activation, conversion, retention. Manage campaigns end to end across channels, and make sure nothing ships unmeasured. Partner with product and engineering on growth loops inside the product itself. Hire and lead the marketing operations function as we grow. What you bring: At least 5 years in marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue operations — ideally for a developer-facing or otherwise technical product. Deep fluency with the modern marketing stack — analytics, automation, CRM — and the SQL to check whether it is telling the truth. Launches you ran the operations for, with numbers you can discuss.
