The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Family Medicine physicians with EM experience will be considered.
• Current MO state license is a plus.

The Practice

SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Wentzville, Missouri

• A small community hospital working in conjunction with SSM St. Charles.
• 77-bed hospital with a 9-bed Emergency Department.
• Epic EMR with M-modal dictation.
• 24-25 patients per day with a 30% admit rate.
• Annual volume of 7,500 with a 30% behavioral health population.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
