General Manager

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer specializing in highly engineered products designed for demanding environments where reliability, safety, and performance are critical. The organization operates across multiple industrial markets, supporting applications in energy, chemical processing, advanced manufacturing, and transportation. The General Manager / President will lead a multi-site North American business, with full ownership of financial performance, commercial growth, and operational execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales and operations, responsible for scaling the commercial engine while strengthening operational performance across the business. The Environment This role operates within a complex, technical manufacturing environment with multiple facilities and a cross-functional leadership team. The business requires close alignment between sales, engineering, and operations to deliver highly customized solutions to customers. The environment is performance-driven and global in scope, requiring coordination with international stakeholders while maintaining strong execution at the site level. Travel between locations and to customer sites is a regular component of the role.
