Job Summary:

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Contingent workers will be operating and assisting on high-speed inserter machines

- Load material, clear jams, unload and tray inserted pieces

 

Qualifications include the following:

- Must be able to walk and stand on feet for entire shift in warehouse environment

- Ability to read, write, communicate in writing and verbally fluently in English

- Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs. as a standard

- Must have basic PC skills - Will train qualified applicants

- Possibility of full-time employment for quality workers based on the need of long term, attendance, attitude and performance.

-Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand the entire shift

-Ability to lift (There will be lifting to 50 pounds and assistance for anything over)

-Must have warehouse experience

-Longevity on jobs and no large gaps in employment

 

The manager is looking for candidates with experience as machine operators or warehouse personnel. Please only submit candidates who are willing to work, walk, and move and stay on task.

 

There are NO cell phones permitted into the warehouse for any reason.

 

Typically Required: Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Requires minimum of 3 years of related experience. Experience of three years in a roll-fed printing environment is preferred. Technical aptitude to learn the set-up (including the software controls) and operation of complex printing equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to use, calibrate and troubleshoot office and complex technical equipment.

Responsibilities:

May do one or more of the following for high-end equipment (segment 5+); roll-fed press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, QC, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, mail room duties. This is an allocated position and exists only when business needs warrant it and must be approved by the Regional Director of Services. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration. Follows Service Excellence performance requirements. Responsible for any or all of the following functions including copy and mail center services, convenience copier fleet management, and various support services. Maintenance and operation of high-end production equipment, such as roll-fed continuous production systems.
