Position Overview

We are seeking an Inserter Machine Operator to support Ricoh operations. This role involves operating and assisting with high-speed inserter machines in a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have previous machine operation or warehouse experience and are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with high-speed inserter machines.
• Load materials into machines.
• Clear machine jams as needed.
• Unload completed materials and place them into trays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or machine operator experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a roll-fed printing environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (training provided for qualified candidates).
• Technical aptitude to learn machine setup, software controls, and operation.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to calibrate and troubleshoot production equipment is a plus.
• Stable work history with minimal employment gaps.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, and move throughout the workday.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently; assistance is available for heavier items.
• Work in a warehouse environment.
