Buyer/Planner

Key Activities and Accountabilities Develop and maintain project schedules including activities, timelines, and dependencies. Define milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements. Track progress and update forecasts based on actual performance. Identify and address schedule risks or delays. Maintain schedules as scope evolves. Source suppliers and obtain competitive bids. Negotiate and issue purchase orders. Expedite orders and ensure on‑time delivery. Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues. Support supplier performance and cost optimization. Coordinate with QA/QC for vendor issues. Actively adhere to company policies, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti‑Bribery, QHSE policies, procedures and processes. Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met. Job Knowledge and Qualifications 3–5+ years experience in planning, scheduling, or procurement. Experience in manufacturing‑based environments preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP and/or TRACS preferred). Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management.
