Job Type Full-time What You’ll Do We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, material requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high‑quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor work‑in-progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches. Review and analyze production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities. Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production status reports. Ensure all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience. Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Ability to balance big‑picture production goals with day‑to‑day detail management. Thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
