The Project Manager must be able to plan, organize, and deliver while navigating ambiguity, maintaining attention to detail, and communicating clearly with all levels of the organization — from technical teams to senior leadership.The ideal candidate demonstrates emotional intelligence, discernment, and accountability, ensuring projects stay on track, stakeholders stay informed, and organizational objectives are consistently met. Essential FunctionsPlan, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent Revenue Cycle projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget.Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans using Smartsheet and other project management tools, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including hospital executives, clinicians, analysts, and vendors—to ensure alignment, effective communication, and project clarity. Utilize project management tools to centralize project information, enhance team collaboration, and support reporting needs.Manages large-scale or mission-critical projects with complex scope and high visibility.Leads stakeholder engagement, executive updates, and vendor relationships.Owns project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract alignment.Anticipates and mitigates risks across work streams and resource groups.Delivers clear and compelling executive presentations and dashboards.Collaborates closely with enterprise PMO teams to ensure adherence to standards.Mentors junior project team members and promotes best practices.Supports vendor management and contract alignment in accordance with project needs.Promotes consistency by applying PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.Champions adoption and change management efforts across the business.Performs other duties as assigned.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Complies with all policies and standards.This is a remote opportunity.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required5-7 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a technology, digital, or enterprise setting requiredExperience managing high-budget projects and leading vendor partnerships requiredPreferences:Proven experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Patient Accounting) or equivalent EHR revenue cycle platforms highly preferredMinimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale healthcare or revenue cycle system projects highly preferredExperience within multi-hospital or enterprise healthcare organizationsStrong proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.MBA or Master's degree in IT or Healthcare Administration.CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certificationKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced project leadership skills with the ability to lead large-scale, high-visibility, or mission-critical initiatives across business and technical domains.Demonstrated experience navigating matrixed organizations and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.Expert-level understanding of project lifecycles, delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), and PMO governance standards.Proven ability to lead vendor engagements, manage complex scopes, and ensure successful delivery across internal and external partners.Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to deliver strategic presentations and status updates to senior leadership.Deep experience managing project financials, including complex budgeting, forecasting, and contract alignment.Proficiency in project and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Asana.Licenses and CertificationsCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI or obtained within six (6) months of employment requiredWe know it's not just about finding a job.
