The High Rise Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure, welcoming, and efficient environment for residents and guests of the building. Operating mainly during night shifts with on-call availability, this role involves direct collaboration with building management within a small team. The concierge is responsible for resident assistance, security monitoring, and serving as a communication liaison to maintain smooth daily operations and exceptional service standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and guests with their needs and inquiries
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular safety checks
• Control access to the building ensuring authorized entry only
• Act as a communication liaison between residents and building management
• Handle and manage packages for residents efficiently
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate actions

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in hospitality or concierge services
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Security awareness and vigilance
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Problem-solving aptitude
