This is a great role for someone who likes to work independently and prefers the pace of a night shift.The Routine: You'll handle the common areas—dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. It's consistent work that makes a massive difference when the residents wake up.The Upkeep: Keeping the essentials stocked (soap, paper towels, etc.) and keeping the restrooms sanitized to high standards.The Support: Being ready to jump in if there's a spill or an emergency cleanup.
