Die Cutter Operator

Job TitleHours 11:30 PM - 7:30 AMPosition PurposeOperate the Die Cutter MachinePrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow and adhere to IQMS scheduleBring pallet of sheets from the staging area to load the skids into the BobstScan all pallets into IQMSSuccessfully load and unload the skids into the feeder station of the BobstPerform changeovers in a timely mannerSet up, run, and check die cutting of sidewalls and lidsPerform quality checks as needed and make the necessary adjustmentsMaximize productionDetail write up of production along with notifying the supervisor of any issuesPerform routine and preventative maintenance of BobstMaintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, including the storage of diesLoad and unload the Skid Turner/AeratorAll other duties as assignedQualifications Experience Required:Skills/AbilitiesTo work independentlyTo follow step-by-step setup and work with close tolerancesTo move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.To work in a fast-paced environmentTo understand and follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here must be met by employees to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Must be on their feet all day; standing, stooping, squatting, and reaching can be expected, along with lifting up to 50 lbs. boxes of raw materials and finished goods.Quality StandardsMust be able to understand quality standards and perform quality checksSafetyTo maintain proper safety standards according to established Sanitary and Housekeeping Practices (GMP Compliance). Proper use of all safety equipment, including personal protective gear, including hairnets, gloves, and safety glasses.
