Managing daily operations remotely, the full-time salaried Operations and Maintenance Manager will ensure reliability and consistency in production while overseeing departmental planning and execution to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets. Key responsibilities Manage operations within a production facility to achieve defined targets and drive continuous business improvement Lead and develop talent through direct people management, including staffing and performance development Utilize technical expertise and analytical thinking to propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes Required qualifications Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management, comparable to a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
