Position Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee development, and change management Identify and address systemic workforce trends and issues by producing and analyzing metrics and employee feedback to inform HR strategy and continuous improvement Lead or support complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistent, equitable, and policy‑aligned resolutions Coach and develop leaders to increase managerial capability, strengthen team performance, and drive engagement Partner with our Centers of Excellence (COE) to deploy programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, and inclusion Drive and support initiatives that nurture a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture consistent with Boeing’s values Responsible to support organizational strategic projects and initiatives including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills planning and development, and workforce planning Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions 3+ years of experience in project management 3+ years of experience creating and analyzing data and metrics through the use of HR systems (HRMS, PeopleSoft, Taleo, etc) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) and/or bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with labor agreements and collective bargaining environments is a plus Excellent communication (written and verbal) with a friendly and approachable demeanor Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
