This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate paralegal who enjoys working on a variety of sophisticated legal matters in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting corporate governance, entity management, compliance initiatives, strategic transactions, and day‑to‑day legal operations while partnering with talented professionals across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain corporate records for the company and its subsidiaries, including corporate filings, capitalization tables, director and officer records, beneficial ownership information, minute books, closing sets, and data rooms. Coordinate the execution of transaction documents, ensuring all required approvals and signatories are obtained. Assist with the drafting, review, and administration of legal documents, including NDAs, organizational documents, board resolutions, consulting agreements, joinders, and shareholder consents. Oversee entity formations, foreign registrations, ongoing maintenance, and dissolutions, including the upkeep of organizational charts and entity tracking databases. Track important legal and compliance deadlines and partner with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure timely completion. Support corporate governance initiatives and help maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Serve as a go‑to resource for corporate records, governance matters, and entity management. Coordinate filings and submissions with regulatory agencies, as needed. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally gained at a top‑tier law firm or within the legal department of an investment firm, operating company, media company, or entertainment organization. Experience supporting entertainment, media, content, or production‑focused businesses is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and professionalism. High level of discretion when working with confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Experience with legal databases, entity management platforms, and document management systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification is a plus.
