Our client, a Real Estate investment and lending firm, is seeking a proactive Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support the General Counsel. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting legal operations, transactions, compliance, and cross‑functional coordination. What You’ll Do Manage legal documents, templates, and DocuSign workflow updates Assist with entity maintenance, filings, regulatory calendars, and audit prep Conduct legal research and support subpoena/document production Partner with internal teams to gather information for legal and compliance matters Liaise with external counsel, borrowers, and third parties to obtain required documentation and resolve issues What We’re Looking For 3+ years in a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal EA role Experience in real estate, lending, financial services, or transaction law Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign; Salesforce a plus Paralegal certificate or notary preferred but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a dynamic environment 401(k) with Safe Harbor Parking provided 2-3 days of work from home schedule (subject to change) #J-18808-Ljbffr
