CORPORATE PARALEGAL

A rapidly growing startup that is disrupting the automobile insurance model is seeking a Corporate Paralegal. This role ensures the seamless handling of commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, intellectual property administration, and routine legal support across our growing operations. Role is fully remote, but candidates must be in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington. Position requires 2+ years of in-house corporate paralegal experience, including extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts. Salary of $65,000-80,000 + equity. Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Paralegal is to serve as an essential legal operations, contracting, and administrative resource for the Legal & Compliance department. This role ensures the seamless handling of commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, intellectual property administration, and routine legal support across our growing operations. Paralegal will manage day-to-day legal workflows, collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders, and proactively build institutional legal knowledge to handle an expanding portfolio of matters independently.
