Legal Assistant
Ekspert Counsel
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling complex commercial and high‑stakes litigation matters. Responsibilities Support multiple attorneys in complex federal and state court litigation matters. Draft, revise, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence in compliance with court rules. Manage e‑filings in federal and California state courts (CM/ECF required). Maintain litigation calendars and monitor deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates. Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation (exhibits, binders, filings). Prepare and edit client billing using legal billing platforms (3E, InTapp, or similar). Coordinate travel and expense reporting. Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel. Qualifications 7+ years of litigation legal assistant experience in a large law firm or Am Law100/200 environment. Strong federal and California state court e‑filing experience. Advanced Microsoft Word skills (TOC, TOA, cross‑referencing, track changes, styles). Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and document management systems. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
