Super Tech Automotive is growing and looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is not a call center position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple customer conversations at once, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow, we want to talk with you.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and enthusiastically
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status updates to customers
• Follow up with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
• Assist with estimates and repair orders
• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
• Maintain accurate customer information and vehicle records
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Help keep the front office organized and efficient

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 - $80,000+ per year
