Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain strong knowledge of tactical apparel and gear (training provided)
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to customers
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• To act with integrity in all actions and decisions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and work well with the team
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
• Basic computer skills; Knowledge in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Tactical or military/law enforcement background is a plus

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move 10-30 lb. merchandise/items as needed
• Available to work M-F 8am-5pm
