Contegrity Expert Group, an expert sourcing company serving high-profile Texas law firms, is looking for an experienced, sharp, energetic, and highly motivated Client Development Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for expanding existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and positioning Contegrity Expert Group as a trusted partner to law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate possesses strong consultative sales skills, a proven track record of revenue growth, and experience working within a sales team (legal services industry preferred).

Please understand that this is a relationship-driven business. New accounts do not develop overnight, and it may take 2–3 months or longer before commission income begins to materialize. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of consistent follow-up and building long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives by identifying and reaching the appropriate decision-makers within law firms.

·         Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying, securing and following up on new business leads.

·         Build relationships across all levels of client organizations, including Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Administrators, Attorneys, and Partners.

·         Promote our litigation support services through a consultative sales approach to generate qualified leads.

·         Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic account management and business development activities.

·         Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive prospecting.

·         Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information.

·         Follow up consistently with existing and prospective clients.

·         Collaborate with internal operations and Case Managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

·         Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.

Required Qualifications

·         Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or outside sales.

·         Demonstrated success developing new business while growing existing accounts.

·         Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

·         Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

·         Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

·         Ability to travel throughout the state of Texas as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Legal industry experience, including experience in litigation support, law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance, or a related field.

·         Established relationships within the Texas legal community.

·         Experience working with law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance carriers.

·         HIPAA certification (can be provided once hired)

·         Comply with all Company policies & procedures

Salary range is dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
