What You’ll Do As an Installer, you'll work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman, performing high-quality renovation and replacement work that reflects the Eby Exteriors brand. Install and replace residential exterior and interior components — windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related systems Assist with demolition, prep, and cleanup before, during, and after projects Follow project plans, scopes of work, and direction from your Foreman or Project Manager Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe at all times Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and jobsite procedures Communicate with your Foreman and crew about progress, issues, or material needs Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or waste Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred Basic knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices Willingness to learn and develop skills in exterior and interior installation systems Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license preferred OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Why Eby Exteriors?
