Product Performance & Evaluation Lead (Remote)

Highmark Health seeks a Product Evaluation Research Manager within the Product Performance Measurement (PPM) team to define, measure, and communicate product success across an assigned portfolio. You will establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and actionable insights guiding strategy and investment decisions.
Collaborating with product managers, analytics teams, clinicians, and leaders, you will lead MEP development, dashboards, and in-depth analyses to drive adoption and continuous improvement
