Therapy Inc. is a therapist-owned and managed pediatric practice seeking contract Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to provide home-based Early Intervention services throughout Colorado.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide home-based OT services to pediatric patients, developing and restoring function through individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate, plan, and administer OT modalities in the child's place of residence
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement IFSPs and patient-centered care plans
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in the electronic records system per clinical, quality, and regulatory standards
• Participate in team conferences to coordinate and integrate care across disciplines
• Engage children through play-based approaches — on the floor, on sensory equipment, and in their natural environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Colorado OT license (DORA) and NBCOT certification
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (MVR checked)
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Medicaid enrollment including NPI

Required upon hire:

• EI training, EI telehealth training, Universal Training for Global Outcomes, CCB-specific trainings, and Salesforce portal maintenance (support provided)

Preferred:

• Bilingual: Spanish/English
• Feeding therapy experience (or willingness to complete paid training)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly assess family dynamics
• Comfort engaging children at floor level and on sensory/playground equipment
