Therapy Inc. is a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide pediatric therapy services throughout Colorado as independent contractors.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of children to identify developmental, motor, and physical impairments, and establish treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on improving physical function, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor skills
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, functional movement training, and mobility support to enhance independence in daily activities
• Collaborate with families to educate them on therapeutic goals, provide home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy, and support them in managing the child’s care
• Track and document client progress, update treatment plans as needed, and communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care for children, involving educators, OTs, speech therapists, and other healthcare providers
• Advocate for children’s physical health and mobility needs, ensuring access to appropriate support and resources within home, school, and community settings

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license, APTA certification, and CEU
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum/school
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile
• Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked)
• Criminal background check clearance
• State license (DORA), professional liability, and HIPAA required
• Meet education and training requirements with contracted Early Intervention Agencies and Medicaid including NPI, Universal Training; EI/ GO4IT, SSN, and W9

Preferred:

• Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy
• New graduates with pediatric training are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families to improve physical function and independence
