Job Title: Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to support our HR and Operations Teams with a variety of projects. This role involves coordinating orientations, facilitating facility walkthroughs, and organizing safety training and compliance documentation. The Operations Coordinator will also support safety meetings, ensure PPE requirements are current, and collaborate with HR and Operations to develop operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientations.
• Facilitate facility walkthroughs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain compliance documentation with HR.
• Support safety meetings and ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to create and implement operational initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of safety training and human resource administration.
• Bilingual proficiency for effective communication.
• Experience in administrative support and operations, particularly in warehouse settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in providing HR support.

Work Environment

This position requires working primarily in an office setting, with responsibilities that include performing walkthroughs in operational areas. The role supports a rapidly growing company that has experienced significant growth due to the increased demand for their product.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
