Deposit Operations Specialist II

Overview The Deposit Operations Specialist II supports complex deposit operations functions to ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires advanced operational expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and subject matter knowledge in designated focus areas such as Deposit Escrow, IRA/HSA, and Abandoned Property. This position contributes to operational excellence by maintaining data integrity, supporting audits and reporting, providing guidance to internal teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
